These Rules & Regulations are to be followed at all times
Section 1: General Rules
If you want to be a member of LSPD, you MAY NOT be a member of any other Police/EMS Clans.
Members are required to follow the rules and regulations at all times as possible.
Members have to follow orders from high ranking officials in the role-playing community.
Members are not allowed to be racist against one another such as being sexist, nationally, disability, or any kind because it will affect your current progress in the community and you will not be able to receive any promotion, transfer into a different division and you will be removed from the community due to the point that you didn't follow the rules.
Members must be at least the age of 12 years old to be a member of LSPD.
No Random Acts of Violence, such as when people are away, you must have a reason to kill & you MAY NOT kill anyone or assault anyone in the weapon spawn area.
RPG's, Sticky Bombs or Grenade Launcher's are NOT PERMITTED.
Grenades & Molotov's are NOT PERMITTED.
If you crash at high speed you must stop, you CANNOT continue to drive the vehicle.
You must keep your headset on at all times during patrol.
You cannot leave the patrol unless you have a good reason to leave. Being bored is not a excuse.

Section 2: Membership
- You must have a Compatible PS4 Headset.
- You must be at least 12 years old or older.
- You must respectful towards other members and leaders.
- You must have PlayStation Plus Membership.

Section 3: Conduct
Swearing: We understand that you may get frustrated, but please try to stay away from the swearing. If this becomes a problem, it's not difficult to add a filter.
Spamming: Posting is fun, and we all do that here. But spamming (excessive unnecessary posting) is not acceptable. Please don't spam here, as it just gets annoying. It's OK to have a conversation here, so we go lightly on that. But posts including "@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@" are not right, if you can catch my drift.
Verbal abuse or attacking another member: Please be kind to your fellow posters. If we notice you attacking (also known as "flaming") another member, we'll give you a warning.
Slander: The LSPD Forums are a private forum. Therefore, slander is OK, to an extent. All is fine as long as you're not attacking someone. This includes racism, sexism, flaming, and anything else that might hurt someone. Using any of the examples stated to the point of hurting a member will result in action taken from a staff member.
Arguing: (it is okay to disagree, but please do so in a friendly, respectful manner): This kind of ties in with number #3 Disagreeing is OK, just don't go flaming/spamming somebody about it. Just post and move on.
Photo Posting: There is to be no posting of images that contain pornography or images that members may find offensive. This includes gruesome violence and gore. This will result in the deletion of the image and will most likely result in the offending person being banned or suspended from the forum. Links: All links are subject to edit by the administrators here. Links that include pornographic content or any other disturbing content are subject to being deleted by an admin and may result in being banned from the forum.
Do not advertise any product, service, or website without consent from an moderator. Consent will not be given unless the link has relevant meaning to the clan.
Please note that all posts can be edited by Moderators/Administrators and are reported by other members. All posts can be seen by anybody that is a member of the forum. By being a member of this forum, you agree to all of the rules mentioned above.
Breaking any of these rules may result in the offender being banned from the community by an High Ranking Official or Moderator!

Section 4: In-game Emergency Services Rules
All in-game LSPD staff members should behave respectfully and responsibly.
Prohibits all unauthorized radio traffic.
Prohibits all unnecessary in-game kills.
Prohibits the use of explosives or any weapons that are not in the weaponry guidelines.

Section 5: Law Enforcement Rules
You must obey all U.S traffic laws. If you do not understand U.S traffic laws please contact a training officer or any higher rank officer. (You will be told about this by your trainer).
You must report to dispatch immediately with any traffic stop or any situation that occurs so we can keep records of the calls that are being made.
You may not shoot or kill a civilian for any reason unless your life, or another individual life is threatened.
You must respect every member of this clan no matter what or you will be suspended.
You must communicate with, listen to, and obey all higher ranking officers while in patrols or clan events.
During a vehicle pursuit you must stay in a single file line to reduce traffic collisions and if you are able to pass another be sure to announce it so they know you are passing.
During a traffic stop you must pull your car slightly to the left to avoid being hit by oncoming traffic, this is ensure police officers safety.
While patrol is in session you need to be quiet as possible so we can respond accordingly to an officer's assistance. If we do find out who has a ton of background noise you will be given a warning and if it continues you will be kicked from the patrol.
Cops must stay spread out out from one another and not stay all bunched up into one group as this gives us more patrolling area to cover.
During a pursuit you must slow down a little while going through intersection that have heavy vehicle/pedestrian traffic. If an intersection is empty or very clear you may speed through as fast as possible.
When assisting traffic stops you must always park appropriately.
You may not drive like a maniac in Central PD.
If the radio is backed up with calls and there are multiple people talking you must exercise heavy radio discipline and let dispatch handle the calls at a time. You must let dispatch handle every call before you keep calling out.
During a code 3 response involving all units, you must always judge your space between you and the officer ahead of you. You are strictly supposed to keep your distance to where you see the blip, but not his name tag. ________________________________________________________________________________________
Section 6: Civilian Rules
Crooks only use approved guns.
Crooks may not commit crimes so quickly, all crooks have to take their time about making their crimes. This is so the patrol doesn't get chaotic.
Crooks must role-play jobs.
Crooks must follow the New Life rule. New Life rule means forgetting ant crime activities you were doing before you died.
Crooks may not take revenge on any players.
Crooks are not allowed to use explosives.
When tasered by police you may not move or harm the police officer who tasered you. If you move or harm the officer who is arresting you, you may be kicked from patrol. If the problem keeps happening, you can get suspended.
As a civilian do not call anyone that is on-duty as dispatch because they cannot handle you and all of the officers at the same time. Call another high ranking officer.
Follow the rules of the road; slightly speeding and swerving is ignored, as it is sometimes hard to maintain both.
Civilians/Crooks are not allowed to be in tanks, buzzards, fighter jets and all other armed vehicles.

As a civilian an cop, there are certain weapons you are allowed to have during the patrol.

Carbine Rifle

Baton
Civilians:
Pistol - Supressor
Pump Shotgun
AP Pistol
The attachments for each weapon are optional, but all of these weapons are required to be with you during a patrol, TIP: Create a custom
weapon loadout at your office.
